This letter is to document our real estate experience with Re/Max realtor June La Marca. We now have an extensive experience of real estate transactions with June.

June helped us acquire a condominium unit in Arlington.

June worked with us to "move up" to our next home, when we bought a single family home in Manassas and sold the condo.

Throughout all 3 real estate transactions (2 times as a buyer's agent once as a listing agent), June La Marca delivered to us great professionalism, integrity, service and value.

She was ready to work with us and demonstrated vast competence in very different housing markets of Northern Virginia spanning over 5 state counties.

As a buyer's agent in a tough seller's market, she made sure that we are well positioned in the properties hunt, while avoiding concessions to the sellers at the same time.

As a listing agent, she suggested a sale strategy, which ensured that we received a great listing price for the property (highest in the history of the condo community for that type of units) and allowed market participations to bid up the sale price even higher.

Her oversight and valuable advice helped us make what we consider the best choice as buyers. Her outstanding negotiating skills allowed us to keep the properties, on which we made offers and pay less than what we intended to pay. Even more so, she leveraged her competence and negotiating skills to resolve a very complex inspection issue when selling a condo.

The services, referred to us by June - financial, home and pest inspection, home improvement - all carried the same degree of professionalism, quality and value in their fields as June's in her area.

Finally, June is a very nice person, attentive, friendly and great to work with.

We definitely recommend the impeccable services of Mrs. La Marca to everybody, who considers buying or selling properties in Northern Virginia. In our opinion, one of the most important mistakes home buyers and sellers might make is not to contact June La Marca and engage her as your agent.

I was looking for a townhouse, and used June La Marca with Re/Max Allegiance. One of my good friends had recommended June to me, and I was so grateful for the recommendation. June is a buyer's agent and specializes in first-time home buyers. She is incredibly friendly and patient, and is also very up-front. She listened carefully to my needs, was politely pushy at getting people to show me places (e.g. when the resident was a renter), and when we went looking, if she noticed something that she thought made the house not good for re-sell, she'd tell me straight out.

I looked in Fairfax, Burke, and Centreville, and ended up buying a townhome in Centreville. She really went the extra mile for me, even after I'd signed the contract, i.e., after she'd made her commission. Two examples: 1) she helped me find an even better mortgage rater than the one that I had planned to take. 2) She persuaded the sellers to give me an unexpected credit. (As it turned out, just after Id' signed the contract, GE put out a notice several (old) dishwashers we part of a recall/rebate offer, and the one that was in the townhouse to-be-mine was one of those. June said because I'd signed the contract thinking the dishwasher was operational, she would try hard to persuade them to amend the contract, and they did!)

Without her doing these extras, I still would have been extremely happy; that she went above and beyond makes me feel even more satisfied. I believe that she truly aims to have satisfied buyers... she was a dream come true for me and if I ever sell my place or look for a new one, I would most definitely go back to June.

How fortunate you are to have June la Marca in your office. She is an outstanding representative of Re/Max.

It was my privilege to witness first hand what an outstanding realtor she is.

She handled the sale of our residence in Burke, and she went above and beyond the call of duty. She had the challenge (which isn't so uncommon these days) of dealing with a divorced couple selling a home. She was very respectful and courteous regarding various situations - did extra paper work so that each of us could have a copy - kept me informed as needed since I was not the one in the home preparing it for sale.

She had excellent suggestions for what needed to be done - followed up until they were done - referred very reliable vendors to my former spouse who was dealing with the vendors.

She took him papers to the house to sign when he had a knee injury and couldn’t dive, she went over to the house with a decorator to add some flair - and even purchased red tulips for the kitchen table on one occasion.

She was dedicated to selling this house and at top dollar.

I could go on and on about her attributes. She also worked very well and cooperatively with the seller's realtor. She returned calls very very promptly and never acted rushed. She gives her clients all the time and attention they need, and we were just one of many clients. I was very impressed with her high level of client care and concern.

Your office is lovely - and your staff is very helpful. Dotty in particular was very courteous and helpful as needed.

You can rest assured I will refer June whenever I can and use her myself. I will be happy to be counted as a reference if anyone needs to hear how pleased a client I was.

I greatly appreciate the service you provided in selling my house in Fairfax. You and your staff made everything happen on time to support the closing as scheduled. Since  the buyer, did not have a realtor, you did double duty by making sure all of his paper work for the closing was submitted on time, to include working with his lender to get the appraisal done ahead of schedule.  The buyer called me yesterday and was very pleased with how things went at closing. He told me that you had been a big help. While you represented my interest, you did a great job of helping him by having the property open when he needed access, when other people needed access and making sure no one dropped the ball.

I also appreciate the help you provided to me in providing the names of contractors your firm uses to get houses ready for the market, even thought you understood that I might decide to rent the house instead of selling it. Over the years you have given me good advice about the rental market and the real estate market.
